WOOSTER — A Garfield Heights man was charged with his with 6th Operating a Vehicle while Impaired offense after a traffic stop early Friday morning in Wayne County, according to the Wooster Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Jaquar C. Richardson was arrested after a traffic violation on State Route 226 in Wooster Township, Wayne County, according to a press release from the Patrol.

Richardson was charged with OVI and left-of-center.

Richardson has been convicted of five OVI offenses in the last 20 years.

After his arrest, he was incarcerated at the Wayne County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Wooster Municipal Court on April 24 at 8:30 a.m.
